By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the a6win platform — whether through the website at a6win.ws, any mirror domain, or any associated mobile interface — you ("the User", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with a6win's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the a6win platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The a6win platform is strictly accessible only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from a6win or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are not currently listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by a recognised gaming regulatory authority.

a6win reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle — not only at the point of first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the a6win platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During account registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC.
• A valid, active Pakistani mobile number for SMS verification.
• A valid email address that you actively monitor.
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Your preferred PKR payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or card).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a6win login credentials. a6win will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must notify a6win support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. a6win accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

a6win processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the a6win platform:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in an active promotional offer.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa).
• Withdrawal processing time: Verified accounts typically receive PKR withdrawals to JazzCash or EasyPaisa within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) follow standard inter-bank processing timelines of 1–3 business days.
• Identity verification: Full CNIC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.

a6win reserves the right to reverse a deposit or freeze a withdrawal pending verification if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or breach of any provision of this Agreement. Deposits made via payment methods not registered to the account holder's verified identity may be declined.

a6win offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sportsbook enhanced odds promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all a6win bonuses include:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. Contribution rates are published in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated completion period, will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an a6win account at any given time.
• Abuse prevention: a6win reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a user has attempted to exploit, arbitrage, or otherwise abuse any promotional offer.

All sports bets, live in-play wagers, and casino game outcomes on the a6win platform are governed by the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. Bets that have not received confirmation due to a connection failure or platform error should not be assumed as placed.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and vary by market, event, and account tier.
• Void bets: a6win reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the event has been cancelled or abandoned, or where there is evidence that the outcome was known prior to the bet being placed.
• PSL and cricket markets: Cricket betting markets — including PSL match outcomes, innings totals, and player performance markets — are subject to the official match result as confirmed by the governing body (PCB or ICC as applicable). Rain-affected results and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes are honoured as official results.
• Live in-play betting: a6win's live in-play odds are updated in real time. There may be a brief suspension of markets during key match events (wickets, over changes, timeouts). Bets accepted during a suspended market will be voided.
• Casino game outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, for live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning in the studio. a6win does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a6win platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple a6win accounts.
• Using automated bots, scripts, data scraping tools, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Such gains are not considered valid winnings and will be reversed.
• Engaging in match-fixing, inside-information betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the a6win platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to evade AML controls, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity during the verification process.
• Sharing your a6win login credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your a6win account.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker or any multiplayer gaming format available on the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a6win platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the a6win platform.

Any unauthorised use of a6win's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account licence and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a6win, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the a6win platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from account compromise due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from technical errors in odds display that were subsequently identified and corrected under Section 6 of this Agreement.
• Any decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate due to data feed errors from third-party providers.

In no event shall a6win's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action exceed the total PKR amount deposited by you into your a6win account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits a6win's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

a6win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available in full at a6win.ws/privacy-policy. By registering an account on the a6win platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.

Key data processing principles applied by a6win include:

• Purpose limitation: Personal data is collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes — account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and customer support — and is not processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
• Data minimisation: a6win collects only the personal data that is strictly necessary for the purposes identified above.
• Retention: Personal data is retained for as long as your account remains active and for a mandatory period thereafter as required by applicable regulatory obligations.
• Third-party sharing: a6win does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers acting on a6win's instructions (KYC verification providers, payment processors) and with regulatory and law enforcement bodies where legally required.

a6win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice for minor or non-material changes. For material changes — those that substantively affect your rights or obligations as an a6win user — a6win will provide at least 14 days' notice via the email address registered to your account before the amended terms take effect.

The version of the Terms and Conditions currently published at a6win.ws/terms-conditions shall be the definitive version. The effective date at the top of this document indicates the date from which the current version applies. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which a6win holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through a6win's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

a6win's internal complaints procedure requires you to submit a formal complaint in writing to the support contact provided in Section 14 before initiating any external dispute resolution process. a6win aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a final position within 14 calendar days.
